Objective: Update and reissue of the "Employer's Guide", published for the first time by the Junior Chamber International of Monaco in 2005. This guide is a compilation of all the labor laws in Monaco.

Foreword Directors Committee

Dear Readers,

Building on the success in its previous edition and meet the demand of economic agents in the Principality, the Junior Chamber International of Monaco has decided to update its Guide to the Employer.

This new book retains its primary objective is to educate employers and employees of Monaco on the legislation, in a convenient and enjoyable.

Certainly this Guide, produced with the texts currently in our possession, and subject to any changes in laws and regulations to come, is not intended to replace the institutions and professionals Monegasque remaining available .

We thank our partners and all those who participated in the preparation of this work and especially the members of the commission, Pascale Gomez and Marie Bourguet for their involvement and their work.
