Foreword

In a spirit of openness to the world and personal fulfillment, "FrancoForme" was created by the Junior Chamber International of Belgium in 1997 and meets annually francophone members of the Junior Chamber International ( JCI) for a weekend end of spring training.

Each year, participating countries (France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco and Tunisia) are organizing to turn this event.

After France and Luxembourg in 2006 and 2007, the Junior Chamber International of Monaco hosted from April 25 to 27 last more than 150 participants from the countries mentioned above but also Finland and Sweden.

Training and ... found in the tourist friendly!

"To develop with the environment" was the theme for the 2008 FrancoForme. A theme that was reflected in the courses offered, but also in the framework chosen for the event, the Mediterranean Center for French Studies.

Friday, April 25, a welcome party was prepared for participants, with a "speed networking" to knowledge, and musical entertainment for the usability aspect.

The day of Saturday, April 26 was devoted to training, which covered various topics such as:

  • Knowing how to negotiate well-being, led by Marc-Alexandre Legrain, Belgian trainer
  • Alter Ego, proposed by Jean-Pierre Raffalli, trainer of Luxembourg
  • Stay young and live long, led by Jean-Marc Round Swiss trainer
  • The leading social responsibility, proposed by Tarek Fessi, trainer of Tunisia
  • Manager & coach, proposed by Pierre-Antoine Dufour Huet, French trainer

Monaco offered a theatrical training, hosted by Miss Sophia Malavard, in the beautiful amphitheater Jean Cocteau Central Mediterranean. Dale Carnegie was also present with training on the theme of "Better to know and understand others to prepare for the future."

Head busy, participants then spent the rest of their stay to discover Monaco: Saturday, April 26 during a gala evening at the beautiful Café de Paris, and Sunday during guided walks in the Principality by the members of JCEM.

All participants left with beautiful memories and want to come back soon to organize the next international event in the Principality.
