|European Presidents Meeting 2007|
Project start: Committee initiated in 2006.
Members of the Junior Chamber International have the opportunity to meet several times a year, in zone conferences, world congresses and other events such as the European Presidents Meeting (EPM).
In 2007, EPM, which aims to meet every year all the presidents of the Junior Chambers of Zone Europe, held in Monaco from 22 to 24 February.
This meeting allowed the participants to share experiences, exchange, reflect and bring out new ideas on their respective programs, but also to strengthen their mutual relations.
The EPM opened Thursday, February 22 with a Speech from JCI World President Scott Greenlee, and Vice President Europe Area, Graham Hanlon. The meetings were followed during the three days allowed to prepare the future of JCI in Europe.
Program and themes
The various debates and general meetings are an opportunity to discuss projects of 2007, the future shape of the Europe in the Junior Chamber International, or the marketing plan of the JCI.
Participants were also able to relax during the various parties that were organized. The first Dawn allowed them to experience one of the most typical restaurants and enjoy the Rock Monegasque specialties. The second evening Karément gave an overview of the festive nights in the Principality. Finally, the EPM ended with a gala evening at the Salon Bellevue Café de Paris, Monaco, where the painter, Claude Gauthier has exhibited some of his works.
This event has strengthened the powers of the JCEM, which held its bet to host Monaco in an event of international dimension and make it a success. Attendees particularly appreciated the warm welcome they received by members of the Organizing Committee of the JCEM and the framework they have discovered "Monaco Is A fantastic place to be! ".
