This document, produced with the documents now in our possession and subject to any modifi cation of laws and regulations to come, is intended to provide general information about the daily management of your company and possible answers to social issues . However, this guide does not pretend to cover all the laws, nor any case law. Administrative services and professionals of the Principality will supplement and clarify your questions. Our thanks go to all those who, through their contributions and encouragement, we have made this book. Special thanks to the Department of Economic Development, the Fiscal Services and the Directorate of Labour and Social Affairs for their valuable help. I would like to acknowledge the work and the involvement of members, Bettina Biancheri, and Pascale Garbatini Cécile Gomez, who made completion of this work and Alexandre Tomasini for creating the cover of this Guide.
