Life is full of commitments. The Junior Chamber International of Monaco is to advance society by advancing its members individually. This is why the JCEM is also a school of continuing education through action and for action. As part of the work group or through the wide range of training courses organized within the movement, an unlimited range of opportunities for personal development and taking responsibility is offered to members.

To introduce them to taking responsibility, training must build capacity to address, anticipate and generate change, integrating technologies, changing their behavior and communicate effectively and quickly. These formations are reflected in terms of knowledge, skills and knowledge to be:

The training of JCEM in 2011 and give priority to personal and professional development through two modules:

Academy of Entrepreneurship

6 training modules in collaboration with the International University of Monaco on Entrepreneurship and Leadership.

One of the missions of the Junior Chamber International of Monaco (JCEM) is to encourage entrepreneurship. This year that mission is a more significant extent because, as part of measures dictated by the Prince's Government to strengthen the attractiveness of the Principality of Monaco, the JCEM involved in the establishment of a "Young Entrepreneur Package" and it is here that we raise, with new themes, the training cycle "The Academy of Entrepreneurship."

The Academy of Entrepreneurship, these are 6 modules of training to give entrepreneurs and project developers, the tools to succeed in their projects.

This cycle of training is provided in partnership with the IUM - The International University of Monaco.

Thanks to the Academy of Entrepreneurship, you can:

• master new skills to advance your career and maybe one day start your own business
• develop management skills
• improve your business plan if you are the project leader

The Academy is open to all: entrepreneurs, project or employees. You want to learn and improve yourself, our mission is to give you this opportunity!
