Entrepreneurship and economic issues are the watchwords of our training program throughout the year 2010. In this context, we created a series of training sessions on "Academy of Entrepreneurship", in partnership with the IUM - The International University of Monaco.

This cycle of six business-oriented training is designed for both young entrepreneurs and for those who aspire to create their own business one day, hoping that this training will give them the spark to start the entrepreneurial adventure.

The aim of the "Academy of Entrepreneurship" is to give those who have the ambition to become an entrepreneur and existing entrepreneurs with the tools to ensure their success.

Module Objectives:

  • Strategy as a business discipline WAS Mostly Conceived in the 60s, 70s and 80s. Although Peter Drucker Claimed globalization started in the late 50s, the IS Phenomenon Mostly associated to the 21st century. As We Have Lived a decade now Into It, It May Be Time to revisit the major concepts and see if Strategy THEY are still valid today. Or Do They Need To Be updated, discarded, Replaced? Have we Already Seen new ones APPEAR Now That Supposedly we are a nation-state Beyond economy? This presentation Will review the key Strategic Such tools as Porter's and Bartlett's to Goshal & theory test strategy in times of What is Called globalization.

  • Key Strategy Principles in Theory
  • Comparison and contrast of Globalization (USD) and Globalization (Europe): Are They the Same Thing?
  • Examples of boxes
  • Interactive discussion with the participants
