Entrepreneurship and economic issues are the watchwords of our training program throughout the year 2010. In this context, we created a series of training sessions on "Academy of Entrepreneurship", in partnership with the IUM - The International University of Monaco. This cycle of six business-oriented training is designed for both young entrepreneurs and for those who aspire to create their own business one day, hoping that this training will give them the spark to start the entrepreneurial adventure.
The aim of the "Academy of Entrepreneurship" is to give those who have the ambition to become an entrepreneur and existing entrepreneurs with the tools to ensure their success. ). Module Objectives: - Sensitize participants to the importance of marketing in the success of new products / services and the need to build a coherent marketing plan very early in the development of the product or service.
Module Description: - The intervention will be mainly based on case analysis of a product "cult" since the development of its concept, was launched on the market until its maturity. The role of strategic marketing and consistency and creativity of the implementation of all tactical elements will be discussed.
