Life is full of commitments... The commitment of the Junior Chamber International Monaco to develop society by individually developing its members. That is why JCI Monaco is also a permanent training school going from activity to activity. As part of the work carried out in groups or thanks to large training panels organised within the movement, an unlimited range of opportunities to develop themselves and to take responsibility is given to members.
To begin with, training must strengthen their ability to initiate, anticipate and generate change, integrate technologies, develop behaviours and communicate quickly and effectively. These training programmes provide knowledge and know-how to enable members to:
The JCI Monaco 2011 training programmes also give priority to personal and professional development through two modules: Entrepreneurship Academy
6 training modules in collaboration with the International University of Monaco on Entrepreneurship and Leadership.
One of JCI Monaco’s missions is to encourage entrepreneurship. This year this mission will be carried out on a much bigger scale. As part of the measures proposed by the Monegasque Government to strengthen the appeal of the Principality of Monaco, JCI Monaco is helping to implement the ‘Young Entrepreneurs’ Package’ and for this we will be relaunching, with new themes, the ‘Entrepreneurship Academy’ training programmes.
The ‘Entrepreneurship Academy’ entails 6 training modules to give entrepreneurs and project managers the necessary tools to succeed in their projects.
This training is provided in partnership with IUM - The International University of Monaco.
