Working committee Business Plan Competition
ForewordJCI Monaco seeks to encourage an entrepreneurial spirit among the young people of the Principality, with the 16th edition of its Business Plan Competition. Since it began in 1995, the Business Plan Competition, organised by JCI Monaco, has seen entrepreneurial spirit harnessed in the Principality. The different editions have been organised with the support of the Monegasque Government. In association with the Round Tables on Setting Up Business in The Principality Of Monaco and the JCI Monaco training programmes (‘Entrepreneurship and Leadership’ and ‘How to set-up business in Monaco’), these activities are part of measures to increase the Principality’s appeal set by the Monegasque government.
The competition
The Business Plan Competition jury is made up of Monegasque entrepreneurs and representatives from government departments. After deliberations, the names of the winners will be revealed to the public during an awards ceremony at the end of November (date and place to be confirmed).
The prizes A €61.000 government subsidy to be shared between the winners, as well as the ‘Monaco Success Box’ (a package of goods and services) offered by our partners.

The awards ceremony will take place on 16 November 2011 at 6.30pm at the Novotel, with presentations by Mr Gildo Pallanca-Pastor, President of Venturi Automobiles and Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, founder and chairman of easyGroup.
